1 jj Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Introduction

Welcome to 1 jj. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 1 jj ("we", "us", "the platform") in relation to your use of all services available at 1jj.vin, including but not limited to sports betting, Live Casino, Bingo, Fish Games, VIP membership and all associated promotional programmes.

By registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet on the 1 jj platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

To register and play at 1 jj, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 1 jj does not permit anyone under 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming activity on the platform.
• You must be a real individual, acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent for any third party.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and current personal information during registration.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a 1 jj employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.

1 jj reserves the right to request documentary verification of age at any time. Where age cannot be confirmed, accounts will be suspended and any winnings held until verification is complete. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds held will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the 1 jj platform. Creating multiple accounts – whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods – is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide your real full name as it appears on your CNIC or valid government-issued identification.
• Use a valid, active Pakistani mobile number and email address that you personally own and control.
• Keep your registration details up to date. If any information changes, you must update your account profile promptly.
• Not share your account with any other person or allow anyone else to use your account to place bets or access funds.

1 jj may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point. This typically involves uploading a copy of your CNIC and may include a selfie verification or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawal restrictions applied until verification is finalised.

4. Deposits

All deposits on the 1 jj platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• JazzCash – Mobile wallet transfer from your registered JazzCash account.
• Easypaisa – Mobile wallet transfer from your registered Easypaisa account.
• Raast – Instant interbank transfer using your Raast ID.
• Bank Transfer – Standard interbank transfer from any Pakistani bank account held in your name.
• Mobile Wallets and Cards – Where available, debit and credit cards linked to Pakistani bank accounts may be accepted.

Deposits must originate from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another person will be reversed and the associated gaming activity may be voided.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. 1 jj does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Please check with your wallet provider or bank before transferring.

Deposits are typically credited to your 1 jj account within a few minutes. If a deposit does not appear after 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 1 jj are processed in PKR to the payment account that was used to make deposits on the platform. All of the following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal is processed:

• Your KYC verification must be complete and approved.
• The withdrawal destination must be a payment account registered in your own name matching your 1 jj registration details.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Your account must be in good standing with no pending investigations or disputes.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours for standard accounts and faster for VIP members. Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on the receiving bank.

1 jj reserves the right to apply additional security checks to large or unusual withdrawal requests. This is a routine fraud prevention measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

1 jj offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The specific multiplier (e.g. 20x, 30x) and eligible games will be stated in the bonus terms at the time of the offer.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Real-money funds are used first; bonus funds are used once real-money balance reaches zero.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited without exception.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. Use of bonus funds in a pattern that suggests systematic exploitation or low-risk bonus clearing will result in the bonus being voided and the account reviewed.

1 jj reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus will be given reasonable notice if the terms of an active promotion change materially.

7. VIP Programme

The 1 jj VIP programme recognises and rewards consistent players. The programme operates across three tiers – Silver, Gold and Diamond. Each tier is assigned based on cumulative deposit and wagering activity over a rolling period.

VIP benefits include higher withdrawal limits, faster processing times, personalised bonus offers and dedicated account support. Tier status is reviewed on a regular basis. If activity falls below the minimum threshold for a tier, a player may be moved to a lower tier at the next review cycle.

VIP membership does not guarantee specific outcomes in games or sports betting. All gameplay remains subject to normal game rules and these Terms. 8. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting at 1 jj covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other markets as made available on the platform. The following general rules apply to all sports wagers:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change up until the bet is confirmed.
• Bets on events that are cancelled, postponed or abandoned without a result being declared will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of a technical error affecting odds or markets, 1 jj reserves the right to void affected bets. Players will be notified and stakes refunded promptly.
• Live betting (in-play) markets are available on selected Cricket and Football events. Live bets are accepted subject to a brief delay for odds verification. Once confirmed, live bets are binding.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Winnings on voided bets are cancelled. Only the original stake is returned.
• Any attempt to exploit pricing errors, delayed data feeds or technical vulnerabilities in sports markets will result in bet cancellation and account review.

Cricket markets at 1 jj follow standard cricket betting rules. For PSL and international T20 matches, results are determined by the official match result including any Super Over where applicable. Weather-affected matches that reach the minimum overs required for a result under DLS will be settled on the official DLS result.

9. Casino and Live Games

The 1 jj platform includes Live Casino, Bingo and Fish Games. All games use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of Live Casino, real dealer tables streamed in real time. The following conditions apply to casino and live game activity:

• Game results are final once a round is completed. No retrospective adjustments are made except where a verified technical fault is confirmed.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the hand or round will be completed according to its predetermined outcome. Winnings or losses will be settled on that result.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes per game are displayed within the game interface before play begins.
• Fish Games involve both skill and chance elements. Results are determined by the game engine and are not influenced by the platform.
• Bingo results are drawn by the platform's certified RNG. All active tickets participate in each draw and results are final.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1 jj platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, investigation and, where confirmed, permanent closure with forfeiture of all balances:

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account under any name or identity.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonuses, promotions or referral schemes in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to influence game or bet outcomes.
• Use of bots or automation: Using software, scripts or automated tools to place bets, interact with games or manipulate the platform in any way.
• Arbitrage betting: Placing bets across markets or platforms solely to guarantee profit regardless of outcome in a way that exploits pricing discrepancies.
• Money laundering: Using the 1 jj platform as a mechanism to process, transfer or obscure funds of any origin. 1 jj fully cooperates with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment reversals or chargebacks through your bank or wallet provider after funds have been used on the platform.
• Identity fraud: Using another person's identity, payment method or account details.

11. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1 jj login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 1 jj staff will never ask for your password via any channel – email, live chat, phone or social media.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 1 jj account that you do not use elsewhere.
• Do not share your account credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, change your password immediately and contact our support team.

1 jj will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the player has shared their credentials, used an insecure device or failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login details.

12. Privacy and Data

1 jj collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, KYC compliance and platform improvement purposes.

13. Responsible Gaming

14. Account Closure and Termination

You may request closure of your 1 jj account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.

1 jj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. Dormant accounts may have an inactivity fee applied after 12 months.
• A self-exclusion request from the player for responsible gaming purposes.

15. Changes to These Terms

1 jj may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
